Apply one coat of base coat to clean, dry nails. Follow with two coats of a nail lacquer of your choice. Wait for 60 seconds to let the first coat dry completely, before applying the second coat. Apply a coat of our ArtEffects nail lacquer and finish with a coat of our Luxe Top Coat to seal in the effect. ArtEffects nail lacquers can also be used on their own.
