All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery within India we use a ground based courier service, as liquid products cannot be sent by air. Shipping within India can take up to 10 working days depending on what state or territory you live in. COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order.
We do not currently ship internationally. However you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.
Kindly note: standard shipping timelines would not apply during sales or promotions.
OFFERS AND PROMOTION CODES
To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted.

ORDER CANCELLATION – BY CUSTOMER
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Customers can cancel their order till it is shipped from the website. Post shipping kindly call customer care support for the same.
If you have shopped from the website under 'you shop, we donate' then on cancellation you shall only receive the amount less donation made i.e. 75% of your bill value.
ORDER CANCELLATION – BY COLORBAR
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):
- Product unavailability or temporarily out of stock
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information
- Inaccurate or insufficient address
- Non-serviceable locations
At times we may also require additional verification or more information before being able to process an order. We will contact you if there is an issue in processing your order, cancellations from our side or further information required. If your order is cancelled post-payment, the charged amount will be refunded in full and may take up to a week depending on your bank account.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
The product and services available on our website, including any samples, are for personal use only. For certain products and merchandise, there may be a maximum purchase quantity, if the order hits the maximum limit the customer will not be able to purchase those products again for two weeks. Orders will be cancelled if this is violated. If a consumer is found reselling our products, legal action will be taken.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text with the tracking number (based on the option selected at checkout). You can track the order through the link provided, the website footer or through your account page.
