TERMS & CONDITIONS
Colorbar is committed to delivering your order with good quality packing within the given timeframe. We ship the orders throughout the week except for Sundays and public holidays. We use the premier courier agency to ensure that your order is delivered to you in good condition in the shortest possible span of time.
- Shipping of the products: All the orders are processed within 12 business hours from the date of placing the order. Our endeavour is to make your order reach you within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order / payment receipts. However, during the special offer periods, due to the high volumes, we expect to take around 7-14 working days for your order to be delivered at the shipment address.
The delivery of all the orders will be done at the shipping address, as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of wrong delivery, due to incomplete or wrong address provided by the customer to the company, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In this case, the Company shall not be held liable for any replacement, re-delivery or non receipt etc of the product ordered.
- Shipment Tracking: A shipment notification mail, including courier company name, tracking number and date of dispatch will be sent as a confirmation of dispatch of the product from our end for your reference and records.
- Shipping Charges: We are pleased to share with you that at present there are no additional charges on Shipping of online orders.
- Shipping Exceptions: It is our endeavour to have the stocks available at all the times. However due some unavoidable circumstances, like huge/ unexpectedly high demand of the product, same as ordered by you, if the product runs out of stock, then we shall contact you for taking your consent on one of the following:
- Extension of time, as required for arranging and delivering the product, as ordered by you
- Replace your order with an alternate product of your preference
- Cancellation of the order.
- We accept the payments through the following channels for all the shipments to be delivered in India:
- All major debit & credit cards, including Master, Visa & American Express
- Net banking options across all major banks
- Cash on Delivery option, only for select locations.

ColorBar's top most priority is to protect your confidential information and privacy.
As a policy, we do not offer returns and/ or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition, as per the order placed by you.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has been delivered damaged, then we are open to extending the re-fulfilling your order.
To return or exchange the product or report the damage in transit, please write to our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of receiving the deliveryof your order. Please do mention the number, date of transaction, delivery address, e-mail ID, phone number and image of the wrongfully delivered or damaged product. Our customer care team after looking into the issue will revert to you within 24 hours.
In case of damaged product, please retain the shipping box, packing material, and the damaged item by the courier company personnel.
Also for the exchange/ refund of product, only unused products along with the invoices, price tags will be considered. In case the product is question is found used, then no refund or exchange of the product would be considered.
Keeping in view, the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case to case basis.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
The products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in any of the Exclusive Stores of the company.
Cancellations will only be considered in cases where the request has been made within 12 hours of placing an order, provided the process of shipping from our end has not been initiated.
Products ordered during "special offers with limited period" do not qualify for cancellation of the orders.
