improper product sent and no response

i have ordered for engraved foundation but got simple plain one and when i complained immediately on checking then m not getting any reply and when i call customer care every time they only say we'll ask related team n reply but it's been around 2weeks and no resolution

Good but not long lasting

It's satin finish that's a good point, shades available are of good range, a bit dry, application is easy but it is not long lasting. Also as per quantity a bit expensive
